Jonathan started his first digital business, a content affiliate, in 2001. Initially building a search tracking business, Jonathan formed ISM in 2005. Jonathan continues to drive ISM to stay ahead of the digital curve with a healthy obsession for making digital agencies more accountable and performance focused.
Dan is our numbers man and Client Services Director. Tutored in behavioural science and with bags of client-side and traditional brand marketing experience, Dan gets shamelessly excited about devising and communicating our campaign performance in the context of digital and non-digital business objectives.

Laurence is completely focused on herding profitable traffic to our client’s websites with an unparalleled degree of best-practice nous and data-driven expertise. At the weekend Laurence likes to be outside, travel and cycle. As such, during her down time Laurence is rarely found in the same place twice.
David is the guiding hand of our business development unit. Or as his sales pitch puts it, he “helps potential clients to realise their strategic goals with digital marketing solutions.” David’s internal presentations are legendary and one day he’ll realise the dream of financing his West Ham season ticket with his blog.
